The upgrade to a better room with all facilities was not really deluxe, as the sheets were not clean and had to ask for a change due to a strong smell. The service provided by the resort level staff was really friendly and not pushy, making the stay enjoyable. The location, although superb and central, lacked tidiness and maintenance. The dining experience stood out with delicious fresh dosas and watermelon juice. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
